After gaining more than one and a half years of corporate IT experience, he worked with multiple organizations as a Web Developer and later as a Chief Technology Officer (CTO), leading technical teams and managing complex digital projects. Currently, Mohammad Ibadat Hossain serves as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of RD Innovation, a Maldives-based multinational company delivering innovative digital and technology-driven solutions across international markets. In his role, he oversees strategic planning, technology vision, and organizational growth, combining strong leadership skills with hands-on technical expertise to drive sustainable business success. He is known for his leadership capabilities, cross-border working experience, and commitment to leveraging technology to create scalable, high-impact solutions.
